Refund policy
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
The product was damaged during delivery
The wrong product was delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
A replacement product will be sent, or
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process depending on the payment method.
